SEPANG: Amid heightened security at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), convicted Malaysian serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah, deported from Canada, is expected to arrive in KL from Toronto at 7.45am Tuesday. The mother of three said there is an urgent need for sex offenders like Selva Kumar to be closely monitored. “Selva Kumar has served his sentence. That’s why I’m pushing for the sex crime bill. On Jan 30, Selva Kumar was ordered to be deported to Malaysia by the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
