more-inA 19-year-old construction labourer was killed by his two friends over a trivial row in Cottonpet on Friday night. The police identified the deceased as Ajith, who was staying at a construction site with his two friends Aravind and Gunda. The trio had a argument on Friday night over a trivial issue, following which Aravind slashed Ajith’s calf with a blade. Though he was rushed to Victoria Hospital, he succumbed due to excessive bleeding. The police have taken up a case of murder and efforts are on to track down Aravind and Gunda.
