A Constantia couple were robbed at gunpoint by suspects pretending to be from a local refuse-bin cleaning service in Constantia on Thursday (5 May). According to Diep River Police Station, officers responded to the house robbery in Petricia Road. “The door was opened for a local refuse-bin cleaning service as they usually come to clean the dustbin on this day. The complainant questioned the number of workers on the property as they are usually only two or three workers at any given time. According to Marais, the complainant then went back inside the house to fetch two bottles of cold water.
