On Congress' allegations against the Rafale deal, the minister said the NDA government is as much accountable to the Parliament as the UPA government and charged the party for seriously compromising India's security by asking for details of the deal. Congress president Rahul Gandhi has alleged Rafale deal is a 'scam' and sought details after defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman said the details cannot be revealed as it was "classified information" under inter-governmental agreement. "Your party was stigmatised when you were in government because of allegations of corruption. "This was an exemption that was available to the wealthiest-....we have imposed a 10% tax," Jaitley said. "I am sure India's long-term capital gains tax did not impact the Dow Jones.
