Confusion as goalkeeper signs contract with two clubs

Confusion is rocking the Kenyan football scene after Chemelil goalkeeper Jairus Adira penned another deal with another Kenya Premier League team despite having a two year-contract with the sugar millers. "Jairus Adira's former contract ended at the start of the month and he extended for two more years. Chemilil Coach Francis Baraza confirmed that Mr Adira remains their player after extending his contract and that he is also aware of the proceedings at the top flight returnees Kakamega Homeboyz. Kakamega Homeboyz chairman Cleophas Shimanyula also gave the same hint saying that paperwork is the reason as to why he has not yet announced the capture of Adira. The 2014's best goalkeeper of the year saw his contract expire with Chemelil Sugar but renewed it on a two-year contract before going ahead to pen a new deal with the Kakamega-based Kakamega Homeboyz, and all eyes will now be turned on this particular development to see how it unfolds.
