There are fears over Kate Middleton’s health after it was reported that she will not appear in public again this year. The Princess of Wales announced in March that she had cancer after weeks of speculation surrounding her health after an operation. Kate and her family are expected to spend next week, which is a school holiday, at her and William’s country home on the Sandringham Estate. She has been surrounded by Carole and Michael, and (sister) Pippa and (brother) James have obviously been there for her as well.
