Police say Stephen Lowe left work on Portsmouth Drive around 10am yesterday and has not been seen or heard from since. There are concerns for his welfare, and his family are anxious and worried as this is completely out of character. Anyone has seen or heard from Mr Lowe, or knows where his car is, is asked to call Dunedin Police on (03) 471 4800.
