By Maria ArmentalConsolidated Edison Inc. Chief Executive Tim Cawley is adding the chairman title, the company said Thursday. The 56-year-old became president and CEO this year, following the retirement of John McAvoy. At the time, Con Edison said Mr. McAvoy would remain on the board as non-executive chairman for a transition period. On Thursday, the company said Mr. McAvoy will remain a board member.
