COMRADE Osakpamwan Eriyo has emerged as the new National President of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN). This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the National Secretary of the association, Yusuf Adeniyi, who said the President emerged at the end of an exhaustive deliberation by the stakeholders and principal National executives of the association. The statement reads in part: ‘’After a very critical review of the prevailing circumstance in the Association, as it relates to the change of its leadership, a Vote of Confidence has been further passed on Comrade Eriyo, as the executive national president of the association. “The restored Lagos State chairman/Deputy President (admin) has been directed to receive and accept other members in the state into the fold of the Lagos State chapter of the association as recommended by NEC. It added that the already printed tickets in possession of Muhammed should be brought back or submitted to the headquarters in Abuja without further delay.
