'People are staying for a long time working or studying in the coffee shop and unfortunately not every time buying or purchasing from us,' says Tatiana Zharkikh, who manages The Kettle Black coffee shop in Charlottetown. 'A visually busy coffee shop is attractive to people, it looks like it's exciting and it's fun and it's a good place to be,' says Timothy's World Coffee shop owner Campbell Webster.
