The main objective is the recognition and proper management of the ESG risks triggered by projects and the companies’ activities. In addition, local jurisdictions, such as, the Environmental Liability Law of the State of Coahuila have implemented environmental compliance elements establishing an environmental risk compliance. All of this represents a call for ESG compliance. In this context, ESG compliance will serve as a solid foundation for environmental, social and governance oversight, transparency and accountability.
