The Sindh High Court directed on Tuesday the relevant authorities to complete the construction of jetties and towers and the registration of boats at Keenjhar Lake. A two-member bench, headed by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, was hearing a plea pertaining to safety arrangements at Keenjhar Lake. “After all these arrangements, no accidents should take place,” the court commented, directing the relevant authorities to complete all remaining arrangements at the earliest. The court extended interim bail of the accused till December 16. Moreover, the court extended the pre-arrest bail of Pakistan Peoples Party leader Nisar Khuhro in a case pertaining to money laundering.
