SURYA.co.id|SURABAYA – The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Surabaya city on Saturday (17/9/2022) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Manpower and Transfer (DisnakarTrans) of East Java Province. To mark the 77th PMI Day, the event at Surabaya City Hall was also witnessed by the Mayor of Surabaya, Eri Kahyadi. PMI Surabaya City Head Hendro Gunawan said that this collaboration is expected to ensure safe blood storage. “For 50 voluntary donors in 2021, they will receive an award in 2022 and will be given by the Surabaya city government,” said Hendro, who is also Surabaya city regional secretary. Himawan Estu Bagijo, head of the Office of Work and Migration of East Java Province, explained that it is the responsibility of all parties to support humanity.
