In celebration of its 25th anniversary, the School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies (SDEAS) of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) honored partner individuals and organizations for their assistance in promoting the advocacies of the hearing-impaired community. The Philippine National Association of Sign Language Interpreters (PNASLI) and the Philippine Federation for the Deaf have been liaising with Benilde for sign language interpretation assistance for special coverage. The initiative to interpret for the deaf community is Benilde’s vision of inclusion. All the awardees received Plaques of Appreciation in the form of a flame that symbolizes the passion for service and resource sharing for the development of the deaf community in the country.
