JOHOR BARU: The newly introduced centralised ticketing system (CTS) at the Larkin integrated transport terminal is getting the thumbs up from commuters. R. Vnasha, 21, said the system was good as it allowed commuters taking express buses to go to any of the counters to buy tickets. “This also helps to eliminate touts from selling bus tickets,’’ she said when met at the terminal while waiting to board a bus to Kuantan. He said the CTS allowed commuters to compare prices and travelling times as the prices of tickets differed between express bus companies. “I am from Perak and hope that the express bus terminal in Ipoh will also introduce a similar ticketing system like in Larkin,” said Noor Azman.
