Rachel Raeli and Raeli Raeli with their children Vaneece Lila, Faatasi, 3 and Maaseia-Junior, 4, of Lower Hutt are thankful to have each other after their house was gutted by fire. She lost nearly all of her possessions in a house fire, but Rachel Raeli feels like the "luckiest person". The mum of three managed to get out of her Naenae house with her baby last Thursday afternoon before almost everything the family owned went up in flames. Raeli said although they were still traumatised by what had happened, it could have been much worse. * Anybody wanting to help the Raeli family, including those wanting to donate, is asked to get in touch with the All About Children early learning centre in Naenae, the couple's sons' daycare.
