CARRIE Scully, the head chef of Medan Damansara restaurant Tiki Taka, is one of the four people from Asia who won a recent Facebook competition by Wolf Blass Wines. Scully won a fully-paid trip to watch the FA Cup final and then cook for the Manchester City players at the Etihad Stadium. She will be making her dish, Tiki Taka Tiradito, in front of the Manchester City players, who will then try to recreate the same dish. I thought it would be a great experience to meet and cook for the Manchester City team. The Tiki Taka Tiradito that Scully will be dishing out to the Man City players at the Etihad Stadium.
