Despite meager financial support from the global community, implementation thus far shows that CoHA could possibly bring peace to Tigray. Sustaining peace: The present condition of Tigray is marked by famine, containment, and dissatisfaction over the lack of progress in areas of CoHA critical to a sustained peace. Thus, the agenda for peace in Ethiopia carries with it global implications and should not be left solely to the CoHA signatories.
