With 97 percent of the (certificates of canvass) CoCs canvassed, the Commission is awaiting five more, which would account for 1,683,938 votes. A total of 633,257 votes are coming from Japan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United States of America. The poll body official said that the proclamation would be done in one day— party-list groups would be proclaimed in the morning and the probable senator-elects, in the evening.
