When the driver of Guanzon insisted that they have a 2020 homeowner’s sticker, they were allowed entry. The Elections commissioner alighted and told the watchman she has a homeowner’s sticker, but he said she would have to talk to his boss. Decena, whose face mask was under his chin, allegedly continued to advance toward her, according to Guanzon.
