Austin Coomer, 26, of Columbia, KY was arrested on Friday evening, November 15, 2024 by KSP for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of a Controlled Substance 3rd or more offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine), Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivatives), Trafficking in Marijuana (2nd or greater offense), Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, Failure to Use Child Restraint Device in Vehicle, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container, and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Drug Unspecified) (2nd or greater offense). Coomer was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
