This season, Williams has returned two punts for touchdowns and is averaging 11.2 yards per punt return, which leads the conference. Boise State starts the bowl season Saturday versus Oregon (7-5, 4-5) at the Las Vegas Bowl at 12:30 p.m. “I’m really excited about this game because we have history with this team,” Williams said of the match-up with Oregon.
