Apart from cold days, the northeast monsoon is also expected to bring light rains in most parts of the country. PAGASA weather specialist Menro Mendoza said that amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon. In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail also due to amihan.
