The 27-year-old defendant was filmed dragging the dog - a young female XL Bully - along the pavement before repeatedly striking it. A court hearing at North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard the defendant has caused harm to a dog on two separate occasions, reports StokeonTrentLive.
