Sarah Wairimu has opposed the application by defense to consolidate her case with that of Businessman Peter Karanja in the Tob Cohen murder trial. The prosecution argues that the two cases have similar facts including the name of deceased, the place and time on the charge sheets. The prosecution had insisted that the two cases have to be consolidated as is the norm with other related cases. Justice Stella Mutuku will deliver her ruling on Tuesday at 2 pm. Justice Stella Mutuku also ordered that Wairimu should not contact Cohen's two siblings and not to go near the business Tob Ltd.
