Coach Sellas Tetteh recovers from sicknessCoach Sellas Tetteh, who led his team to victory in the FIFA U20 World Cup, has overcome an illness that had been bothering him for some time. Silas “Borbor” Tetteh, one of Ghana’s most renowned youth coaches, was apparently in serious health trouble. When the U-20 FIFA World Cup was held in Egypt in 2009, coach Tetteh orchestrated Brazil’s defeat. He held managerial positions in a number of African nations, including Rwanda and Sierra Leone, where he oversaw their senior national teams. The 66-year-old honored coach left his post as the senior national team of Sierra Leone’s interim coach and moved back to Ghana to take over as head coach of Liberty Professionals of the Ghana Premier League.
