Co-working spaces more in sync with business cyclesSUPPLIED New Zealand co-working spaces have had more new offerings over the last 12 months than ever before. As co-working spaces are becoming more ubiquitous in city centres, one property advisor claims they could one day be more popular than leasing. Independent property advisor Dean Croucher says co-working spaces are more expensive, but as they get more popular the premium price could "dissipate". Over the last 12 months, Croucher has witnessed a larger amount of co-working space come onto the market than ever before. Croucher said the most successful co-working spaces tended to be ones that had the best "financial capacity".
