DEVELOPER Kinta Properties has unveiled a modern cluster design of both single- and double-storey homes. Known as Primrose the homes are situated in the guarded precinct of Pine Park in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang. The first phase of the project will feature eight single-storey homes with a built up areas of 1,395sq ft, and 32 double-storey cluster homes with a built up areas of 2,387sq ft. Unlike terraced houses, the cluster design is not confined by its neighbours on each side. “Nearly 40% of the phase one of the cluster homes have been snapped up in the first week of the soft launch.
