Cloudy with widespread outbreaks of rainConditions will continue to remain unsettled. Morning rainfall will become heavier later in the afternoon and evening with the chance of “embedded thunderstorms” says forecaster Met Eireann. The rain though will clear eastwards overnight and will be followed by blustery showers feeding in from the west. The outlook for the rest of the week is that conditions will continue to remain unsettled with further spells of rain and showers, “breezy at times too”. A day of sunny spells and scattered showers is again expected on Tuesday, before conditions turn “a bit milder from midweek”.
