The M4 has faced major disruption this afternoon between Maidenhead and Reading following a serious collision involving a motorcyclist. Posting on X this afternoon, National Highways: East revealed that the eastbound carriageway has been closed between junction 8/9 Maidenhead and junction 10 at Reading due to the crash. The agency said police and ambulance crews were at the scene and National Highways traffic were assisting with the road closures.
