New Delhi :A major untoward incident was averted at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International airport after wings of Ethiopian Airlines plane collided with Air India on Wednesday early hours. Air India official not authorised to talk to the media said that the wings of the two planes collided with each other. The official added that the Air India plane has been grounded temporarily. 87 and the Air India flight was parked at Bay No 86. The Ethiopian Airlines apologised to its passengers and said, “We flew with an substitute aircraft to continue with flight service.”The Ethiopian flight ET 687 was bound to Addis Ababa and was scheduled to depart at 2.20am Wednesday.
