Clocktower Brew Pub Releases Beerista Coffee-Hopped Golden AleOTTAWA, ON – Clocktower Brew Pub has announced the release of a new limited edition brand brewed in collaboration with Equator Coffee Roasters. Beerista (5% abv, 8 IBU) is a “coffee-hopped” golden ale described as follows:We used Equator’s Ethiopian Light beans. The goal was not to capture the roast flavour, but rather the cardamom, citrus & chocolate of the beans themselves. A golden brown ale with light fruity notes, with a mild coffee backing. Beerista is now on tap at all Clocktower locations while supplies last.
