There is no evidence that the results were hacked or that electronic voting machines were compromised. Green Party candidate Jill Stein raised millions overnight to pay for recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The deadlines for petitioning for a recount in all three states are in the coming days, with Wisconsin's on Friday. Pennsylvania is considered one of the states most susceptible to hacking because 96 per cent of its voting machines have no paper trail. Not all voting machines are created equal.
