CINCINNATI, Ohio: Hillary Clinton dismissed the significance of Donald Trump’s visit to Mexico City before he delivered his much-anticipated immigration speech Wednesday night (Thursday in Manila). “That is not how it works.”With Trump ahead by double-digits in most polls of veterans, Clinton appeared to carefully choose her spots for criticizing the GOP nominee, who will appear at the convention Thursday morning. Clinton tied Trump to Vladimir Putin, saying Trump shares the Russian leader’s discomfort with Americans’ claims that the US is the best nation on Earth. “To insult them is just so wrong, and it says a lot about the person doing the insulting,” she said.
