Clinton did not mention her opponent by name but she did refer to his calls for “law and order”. Clinton has made gun control and criminal justice reform a centerpiece of her campaign, speaking after high-profile shootings in Texas, Louisiana and South Carolina. She also pointed to shootings of police officers in Dallas, Baton Rouge and Philadelphia, and said those families deserved prayers too.
