Adam Azim in action against Poulsen a couple of years ago--Slough boxer Adam Azim has put himself firmly in the shop window for a world title shot in 2025 after stopping Ohara Davies to claim the most impressive victory of his career so far. Azim was unfazed by the prospect of facing Davies and stopped him in the eighth round, having dropped his opponent with a punishing body shot in the fifth round. Azim is one of the brightest young prospects in British boxing - and he is now starting to make good on that promise. A strong lead, and multiple jabs were causing Davies problems, although the Slough fighter was knocked back by a solid punch from Davies in round three. He dropped Davies for the first time with a left and a backpedalling Davies then fended off a series of damaging rights.
