Climate change is everyone’s business, and what any one country does affects everyone else in some way. No one is coming to rescue the country from global climate effects. The reality is countries will have to act unilaterally on climate change if anyone hopes to accomplish anything at all. If enough countries adopt the same approach, the elusive global action on climate change might finally be realized, and in a way that cannot be stopped or undone.
