Climate activists chained themselves to the fence of Jeremy Corbyn’s house in the latest escalation of the civil disobedience protests that have been blocking road junctions and landmarks in London since Monday. At about 4.30pm the protesters left, saying that the Labour leader had offered to meet representatives of Extinction Rebellion next week.
