Mozelle Jackson, who has been with the organization since 2010 filed a single count retaliation lawsuit against the Cavaliers on May 10 in the Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The Cavaliers took no remedial steps to address the apparent destruction of evidence, according to the complaint. "Mr. Luckoff made it crystal clear that Ms. Jackson would soon be out of job," says the complaint. Mr. Luckoff stated that people tend to believe what they read onthe internet." A request for comment on the lawsuit from the Cavaliers was not returned as of initial publication.
