MUNICH (AP) " Bayern Munich has hired Paul Clement as assistant coach to Carlo Ancelotti, bringing the two men together again at their fourth major club. Ancelotti, who is taking over the Bundesliga and German Cup champion from outgoing coach Pep Guardiola, worked with the 44-year-old Clement at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. Bayern says Hermann Gerland will continue to work with the coaching staff, fulfilling the same role he had under former coaches Guardiola, Jupp Heynckes and Louis van Gaal.
