A much-loved coastal campground north of New Plymouth is back on the market after property developers pulled out of their holiday-home subdivision plans. The 4.4-hectare site near the small west coast town of Mōkau, south Waikato, has for decades been occupied by the Seaview Holiday Park. In a media release, Taylor said more than 100 inquiries from New Zealand and overseas were made into the Mōkau Sands sections last year.
