Little Ethiopia is officially a reality here in Las Vegas. On Tuesday, Commissioner Michael Naft attended the ceremony marking the historic designation near Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard. According to officials, the valley is home to about 40,000 people of Ethiopian descent.
