Clandun Business Advisory Services, an investment advisory firm, has said it led a consortium to acquire Cititrust Financial Services Plc. The company said this on Tuesday in a statement titled ‘Clandun invests in Cititrust Financial Services Plc’. “Cititrust Financial Services Plc and its six operating subsidiaries were identified as viable institutions. According to the statement, the subsidiaries are Core Capital Limited, First Option Microfinance Bank Limited, Great Hope Insurance Brokers Limited, First Guaranty Health Care Limited, Cititrust Portfolio Limited and Cititrust Credit Limited. It said with the decision to divest, the company had been bought over by a consortium of investors led by Clandun Business Advisory Services.
