Civil servants to be cornerstone of my second term administration — Yahaya BelloKogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has hinted that civil servants would be the cornerstone and fulcrum upon which his second term in office would run. Bello is due to be inaugurated for a second term in office on January 27. He said he would deal more with civil servants than political appointees during his second term in his quest to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for the people.
