The students who had taken up the ISC exams are the first to receive their Class XII board exam results in Tamil Nadu. While the State board Plus XII results are to be announced on May 16, CBSE board exams results are expected to be announced later this month. Tamil Nadu recorded a pass percentage of 99.3% in the ISC Class XII exams and 1,278 candidates had appeared for the exam. Southern region shinesIn region-wise analysis as well, the southern region has the highest pass percentages with 99.69% in the ICSE exams and 98.38% in the ISC exams. While 2017 had 912 candidates appearing for the ISC exams from 35 schools, this year had 1,278 students take up the exam from 43 schools.
