City Hall wants police to bar NASA from holding a rally at Uhuru Park on Wednesday afternoon. "It has come to my attention that National Super Alliance leaders plan to use Uhuru Park Grounds today for a political meeting," reads the letter. "However, records at City Hall show they have not followed procedures to secure the grounds...They are therefore not allowed to hold any meeting of whatever nature...today...without express authority and approval from the Nairobi government."
