Cisco announces the appointment of David Meads as Vice President for the Middle East, Africa, Romania, and the Commonwealth of Independent States- CIS. He succeeds Reem Asaad, who led Cisco’s business in the region for over four years. He will maintain his current position as Chief Executive of Cisco in the UK and Ireland until the end of Cisco’s fiscal year in July 2024. With three decades of experience spanning various business functions and regions, including the Middle East and Africa, Meads brings extensive industry and technology expertise to the position.
