Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has spoken after the government’s move to allow the sale of alcohol in selected restaurants. Sonko stated that the country needs prayers to fight Coronavirus and hit out at those who were playing politics with lives of Kenyans. “Since all the throat sanitizing dens, hotels and restaurants have been allowed to operate starting from tomorrow, churches and Mosques should also be reopened so we may continue to pray for God's guidance and Allah's protection against the coronavirus pandemic until it’s defeated in the mighty name of Jesus,” he wrote.
