KINGSTON, ONT.—Police say a minister from Deseronto, Ont., has been arrested and charged after a child luring investigation. Peel Regional Police say officers from the force’s internet child exploitation unit investigated the man between March 28 and June 4 of this year. They say the 65-year-old, who used the screen name “redrider,” believed he was communicating with someone under the age of 16. He was arrested on Tuesday and is facing five charges that include luring a child to commit sexual assault and making arrangements to commit sexual assault. Investigators say the accused, Timothy Milley, currently serves as a minister at the Catarqui Church in Kingston, Ont.
