Keah was chairman of the Chuka Centenary Celebrations Committee that later changed its name to Chuka Igambang’ombe Development Association. Roads, streets and avenues in Chuka town have been curiously named after several leaders who do not include Tharaka Nithi Governor Samuel Ragwa. Ragwa's omission sparked outrage by the county government but Chuka town administrator Boniface Murithi said they were not involved. Chuka town, once dusty and dirty, has been transformed into a modern location with tarmacked roads, street lights and road Njuki denied he was involved in the naming, which he said was by the Chuka Igambang’ombe Development Association.
